Refunds/Returns

We unfortunately don't offer refunds if you changed your mind. Legally, you are entitled to a full refund, or replacement if your product is faulty, arrives damaged, or isn't as described on the website. If this happens, contact us via atelierasphodel@gmail.com so we can sort that out for you. In the event you've just changed your mind and want to swap it over for something else, or get a store credit, we can do that.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase(s) please follow the steps below.

- Contact Adrian via atelierasphodel@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return/exchange.

- Once contacted, Adrian will provide you with a return/exchange form. This MUST be sent back with your pieces otherwise your return/exchange will not be processed. We cannot identify the parcel without the form. You are responsible for covering shipping costs. 

- Once received, Adrian will follow the instructions given, and process the exchange or the return to store credit. This will incur a cleaning and restock fee which you are responsible for covering. 

- Adrian will send you an invoice via email if needed, and this must be paid before we can process your return/exchange. Once paid, Adrian will send your new pieces/issue you your gift card. 

You are not able to return or exchange earrings or ear cuffs for hygiene reasons, even if they have been unworn. Exchanges/returns are only applicable within 28 days upon receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when received. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in your request being denied.
