I do not control shipping, I do not have personal affiliations with postage carriers, once a parcel has left our warehouse I cannot do anything about it. I can launch an investigation with Auspost, however, I cannot compensate for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Please get in touch to atelierasphodel@gmail.com if you have further questions.
Delivery costs and rates are available at checkout. All our parcels are signature on delivery. A card will be left if you are not home to collect your parcel from your local post office. Note that international orders can incur hidden fees - these are out of our control and we cannot refund you the cost of these fees.
